The Wild Geese in the Mix - New Cocktail Recipes Pt. 2



Wild Rose (an elegant aperitif)
  • 40 ml The Wild Geese Rare Irish Whiskey
  • 10 ml Cointreau
  • 10 ml Aperol
  • Dash of Angostura Bitters
  • Orange Zest for garnish

    Stir down over cubed ice and julep strain into a coupette glass. 
The complex character balance of the softly bitter Aperol, sweet Cointreau and bitters serves to complement the strength and depth of The Wild Geese Rare Irish Whiskey.
